Roy Barloga is a photographer based in San Leandro, California. For more than two decades Roy and his father Dennis Barloga have been making photographs in a shared studio in northern California. While each artist chose divergent paths, they have often come together in support and critique - bound by blood, artistic conviction, and the desire to help each other succeed.
The arresting photographs are giclée printed on unique paper, handmade from plant bark in Nepal. Totally handcrafted, each piece of paper is unique, with slight variations in color and thickness. Photos are individually printed, titled and signed.
